Every job, request and check in the hotel lands in one place, with an owner and a status everyone can see.
Whole suite or one module
Take every department, or only the ones you need. Each module works on its own. Add another later and it joins the same staff list, the same jobs and the same rules.
Your hotel gets its own profile: your teams, how each team gets its work, what guests and staff can ask for, who it goes to when it’s late, and your own names and colours for rooms.
Changes are made in a draft. Test a request to see where it would go and how fast, then make the draft live. A setup wizard and starting points for resorts and city hotels do most of the work.

“Umbrella broken at sunbed 14”
A guest mentions the tap in 1204 is dripping. Anyone can scan the QR code in the room and snap a photo, or the front desk logs it.
Engineering gets it straight away, with the room and the photo attached. Everyone can see who has it.
If it isn't picked up by its deadline, TIDE escalates it to the duty manager on its own. Nobody has to chase.
The engineer closes it with a photo. Over time you see which rooms and equipment keep causing trouble.
The guest never knew it happened.
Every department shares one staff list and one way of handing out work. You decide, team by team, how much TIDE does on its own and where a person makes the call.
Sent to Nok straight away.
