Why isn’t it just a price per room?
Because rooms are only part of the work, and plenty of businesses don’t have rooms at all. The price follows what each department looks after: the size of your place for maintenance, outlets for food and drink, event spaces for events, and your team for the voice assistant and safety checks. We estimate those from the size you give us and check them with you on a call.
How do your prices compare?
We priced each department against the tools hotels and restaurants already use for that one job, and set TIDE a little below them. With TIDE the departments also share one system, one login and one set of records.
What does the AI add?
Each department has its own AI add-on: photo and voice fault triage for maintenance, smart room assignment for housekeeping, menu engineering and reorder forecasts for inventory, an AI concierge for guests, and so on. Switch it on for one department or all of them. AI on every department you choose is 10% off. The voice assistant is AI already.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. Each department works on its own, so you can start with maintenance, say, and switch other departments and AI on when you’re ready. Each one is set up for your hotel: your teams, how jobs are handed out, and your names for things. The bundle discount grows as you add departments.
Are these the final prices?
No. They are an honest guide so you can plan. We confirm your price after a short call about your business, and nothing is charged until you sign up.
We use Oracle OPERA. Does TIDE work with it?
TIDE works alongside your PMS rather than replacing it. The OPERA link brings room status and guest names across, so teams aren’t typing them in twice.
What does annual billing mean?
You pay for the year up front and are charged for 10 months instead of 12. Monthly billing is there if you’d rather spread it.
What happens to our data?
Each business has its own database, kept separate from everyone else’s. Your data stays yours.
